Exercise Plan For Woman -
Most often, a women’s goal in
the gym is slightly different than a male’s. Most female’s
are looking to lose weight around their chest/underarm,
stomach, inner thighs and butt whereas a lot of men are
looking to put on mass on every place of their body
imaginable.
A proper exercise plan for a woman that’s looking to lose
weight (or a male for that matter) will consist of
cardiovascular training, weight training and stretching.
Cardiovascular training will help burn off excess calories
as well as building your lungs for storing more oxygen which
will help you run longer, and faster. Cardio Training is
essential when you’re looking to lose weight.
Next, we have weight and strength training. It’s no mystery
that muscle burns more calories than fat, so when you have
more overall muscle in your body it helps to burn of
unwanted fat and excess calories.
Last but not least we have stretching. Stretching helps keep
your muscles elastic and will prevent injury during your
cardio and strength training. We highly recommend that you
stretch after your cardio training, and after your weight
training.
